Screening of ‘a little dream’ a docu-film on His Excellency Dr.APJ.Abdul Kalam is launched by His Excellency Shri.Surjit Singh Barnala, the Governor of Tamil Nadu on 29.07.06 at Raj Bhavan, Chennai.
Shri.YS.Rajan, Principal Advisor, CII, New Delhi has delivered keynote address. Shri.M.Krishnan and Ms.Shubha Sandeep has delivered felicitation address. Shri.P.Dhanapal has given welcome address and Mr.Chezhian has given vote of thanks address.
We have produced a documentary film based on the life of our President Dr.Kalam. The film is scripted in the style of ‘story–in-story’ for a duration of about 1 hour. The storyline revolves around an inspiring theme – importance of education. The visual narration of the film is simple and captivating. We have captured the entire life journey of Dr.Kalam from Rameshwaram to Rashtrapati Bhavan in an interesting and crisp way. The sound/video bites of important people associated with Dr.Kalam are also highlighted. The film is in English and Ms.Shobhana (Dancer cum Actress) has played the lead role.
This film was screened to the President Dr.Kalam on 26th April 2006 at Rashtrapati Bhavan. President has seen this film and appreciated it for its message.
