1.The duration of the films submitted must not be more than 60 minutes.

2.We invite film makers from the following countries to submit films:

European countries

USA

Canada

Sri Lanka

India

Malaysia

Singapore

Africa

3. Screening copy must be of a very good quality and standard.

Copies that do not meet our standard will be rejected.

4.Format:

The format of submitted films must be clearly stated.

5.Entry:

Programme credits list

VHS copy

Authorisation letter from the rights owner

Subtitled programmes are an advantage

A synopsis of the programme must also be submitted

6. Awards:

Short films

1. Film of overall impact

2. Best Director

3. Best Cameramen

Documentary

1. Best Director/Producer

2. Best editor
